Can we establish an account for billing purposes?
Tasco offers Net 30 day terms to commercial accounts. Please contact us to establish an account prior to your order.

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
All products are unconditionally guaranteed.  Simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund.

When will my order will ship?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). We will contact you if the item you need is on backorder.

How are shipping charges calculated?
You will be billed at cost for UPS rates.  We will also ship freight collect using any major carrier, upon request.

Do you offer resale pricing?
Tasco offers resale pricing to qualified distributors. Contact us to receive a distributor application and packet.

Do the products require scheduled calibration?
Tasco products do not require recalibration. If you suspect a product is not functioning correctly or need a certificate of calibration, we will verify calibration at no charge once a year for the first five years of ownership

What is the warranty period for Tasco products?
Two year warranty: Tasco will repair any product free of charge for the first two years of ownership, unless it has been abused, modified or altered by the customer.

Do you provide technical help?
Yes, we will be happy to provide written technical information and can answer most questions on our toll free help line, 800-999-9952.

Are quantity discounts available?
Quantity discounts are available. Please contact us for more information.

Will you drop ship to my job site?
We will drop ship any orders over $200.00 at no charge. There is a $10.00 charge for orders under $200.00. We do require signatures on all drop ship orders.

Is there a distributor in my area?
Most of our sales are direct, however, we will gladly check for a distributor in your area. If you have a preferred distributor, we will route your order through them. Please ask your distributor to contact us directly.
